Marco Harris is an estate agency based in Southampton, UK, specialising in tailored marketing strategies for clients looking to bring their properties to market. With a strong emphasis on video content, they create immersive house tours that bring properties to life, highlighting key selling points and showcasing each home's full potential.

Our goal is to elevate Marco Harris’ efforts by enhancing both their client content for selling luxury homes and their own brand content, reinvigorating the way they connect with their prospective clients and audiences.

Onboarding Process

Here, we’ll immerse ourselves in your business, getting to know you inside and out. We’ll work closely with your team to conduct research and develop an initial strategy and creative approach.

Before We Begin: To begin, we’ll immerse ourselves in your business, working closely with your in-house team, observing daily activities, and gaining a thorough understanding of what makes your business tick.

Core Aims: We’ll take the time to understand your broader business goals, not just your marketing objectives. This will help us develop a strategy that supports every aspect of your business.

Creative Strategy: We’ll develop a cohesive approach that effectively communicates Marco Harris’ ethos, values and core aims.

Collaboration & Coordination: Liaising with key members of the team to align on creative approach, messaging, and execution.

PROPERTY TOURS

A series of videos showcasing each property and it’s facilities, look and feel, key selling points, location, and layout.

Host Tour: These videos will be led by a Marco Harris team member for a people-first approach, giving the host opportunities to emphasise key features within the property and add some life to the scenes.

Property-Only Tour: These flythrough videos will give the viewer a quicker glimpse into the property by showcasing the home in full. A snappy approach would work particularly well with Bounceback Studios’ signature slick and premium creative approach to property filming. 

Collection of Shorts: Ideal for social media distribution, this collection of shorter clips will showcase the homes’ key components and drive traffic to longer-form content and the Marco Harris website.
