Overview

Produce a collection of digital marketing content for CDM Contractors, documenting their project with Brendoncare in Alton. They will be carrying out a full replacement of a commercial kitchen in an operational care home in Alton, East Hampshire, that currently houses 100+ residents.

Here’s an example of previous work we’ve produced with a similar style that we think could work really well for this project, showcasing the completed works.

Notes to consider

  • 12-week construction program

  • A temporary kitchen will be installed to minimise disruption to the care home while work on the main kitchen is ongoing

  • We already obtained floor plans and 3D models of the new kitchen

  • We will have approximately one week once the new kitchen is completed before it is in use - this will be an ideal time to capture any ‘after’ content

The content captured across the 3-month program will serve as a portfolio of works, brand builder through labour-focused content, and relationship builder between CDM Contractors and other contractors involved in the project.

Deliverables

Photography

  • Before & after comparisons (minimum 15 edited images)

  • Progress shots throughout the construction program, particularly of HCE kitchen installation (minimum 10 images)

  • CDM Contractors labour in full PPE, in-action (minimum 5 images) - only applies if CDM Contractors staff are present on the day of HCE kitchen installation

Videography

  • Before & after comparisons (1x 45secs approx.)

  • Full fly-through of the completed works (1x 1min approx.)

  • A walkthrough of the full project from Kyle at the beginning, middle, and completed stages (1x 1min 30secs approx.)

  • Full review of the project once work is complete, incorporating CDM Contractors, HCE, and the client on camera. This will take the audience through the story of the project and guide them through the journey from beginning to end (1x 1min 30secs approx.)

  • Testimonial short series from the client (2x 30secs approx.)

Quote

Payment Terms

An invoice will be sent for a deposit of 50% in advance of the project commencing, and the outstanding amount will be payable on delivery of the completed deliverable(s). We have 14-day terms. Mileage exceeding 50 miles from PO5 1ET will be charged at 45p per mile. Any additional travel expenses will be billed on the delivery of the completed deliverable(s) or once the monetary value reaches £250.00 or more (whichever comes first). We accept payment online or via cheque. Cheques are to be made out to BOUNCEBACK MARKETING LIMITED and online details will be provided on our invoice(s).
